As a natural born artist, she has a keen eye for design and a passion for enhancing natural beauty using subtle definition, custom cosmetic artistry, permanent makeup
techniques and color theory.
Oksana has successfully performed over 1000 procedures and has helped her clients achieve their desired cosmetic results. She works with each client individually to
create a custom design that is tailored to the individual’s facial structure.
Oksana began her professional training in Ukraine in 2015. She continued her education in the U.S. and completed numerous advanced training courses under
industry leading permanent makeup instructors. She is based out of New York City and has been providing her services in NY for over three years.
In addition to her professional certifications, Oksana is HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogen certified. She has a tattoo license from New York State.
