Carla has been with our practice for four years handling scheduling, accounting, managing various office systems, and partnerships with leading hospitals. She’s been with the Sauler Institute from the start, scheduling in our first 2 locations to now managing schedules of 8 locations in 3 states. With a professional attitude and exceptional operational skills, Carla is the backbone of the company. She takes pride in helping new and existing patients feel comfortable coming to Sauler Institute for their permanent cosmetic and medical procedures by soothing concerns as well as answering questions over the phone.

Shannon is an interdisciplinary artist based in Philadelphia known for bold use of color and attention to detail. She received her Master’s in Fine Arts in 2021 from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.

Shannon decided to pursue tattooing after finishing her MFA and completed the fundamental and advanced scar camouflage and areola tattoo training with Sauler Institute. Trained by Mandy and Monica, Shannon has been tattooing full time as a traditional and medical tattoo artist since.

Her passion for the work comes from knowing she can use her artistic skill set to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, she also has a special interest in using medical tattooing for those undergoing or seeking gender affirmation procedures.

Shannon is HIPAA and Bloodborne Pathogen certified.
